  • 很高興您入住東京南千住晴空民宿,您入住的期間我們不會入內打掃以確保個人隱私,備品的部份我們會準備充足讓你
    可以自行替換(因為有晴空民宿參與日本環保民宿計劃,毛巾與浴巾我們提供免費洗衣機可以讓你進行清潔換洗,因此不會每日換
    新),您保持環境的整潔會讓您入住期間更舒適!我們已經做好相關保全措施(定期更換門鎖密碼與鑰匙並安裝門
    口與電梯的攝影機與不定時的安全巡邏),但貴重物品還是請務必隨身攜帶,離開時並做好門窗上鎖,我們無法確保&
    負責入住期間的貴重物品遺失,請務必注意!
  • 內附廚房用具/洗衣設備皆為提供房客額外借用,因此請使用後自行清潔碗筷或把殘留垃圾放置垃圾桶;若在您退房後發現借用設備
    未維持合理整潔,無整理的跡象,將會額外收取日幣10,000元外聘人員清潔費,請特別注意.
  • 可以透過客服群組聯繫我們,服務時間是早上09:00~晚上6:00,有需要協助請在
    這個時間先行聯繫,會優先安排處理.超過服務時間可留言給我們,上班後會優先回復您的問題,若有關係人身安全的
    緊急事件,請您撥打外聘的安全服務人員090-4439-3077 (漫遊記得+國碼).會說中文跟日文and基礎英文,緊急狀況下所
    產生的一切費用晴空民宿會全額支付;若非人身安全緊急狀況撥打請自行支付安全服務所產生之費用,我們會在退房前做
    收取,若惡意騷擾客服,無法溝通者晴空民宿有權直接取消後續入住並不退費,請特別注意!
  • 切勿攜帶外賓入內過夜,會用大門與電梯監視系統做判定,如有發現私自帶人入內,將求償雙倍租金,若違反此一規則,依照日本法
    規可不退費。
  • 入住後請優先確認是否有設備缺損,若有請立刻通報我們幫您補上!
  • 若未在住宿前兩天告知,退房才發現民宿有物品遺失,房客需承擔遺失的責任.房內所有設備皆不可帶走,否則一律視同偷竊,請特

  • 進入旅舍大樓與公用區域內請小聲交談。

    與服務人員聯繫。
  • 房間鑰匙請妥善保管,若遺失將賠償 10,000 日元。
  • 房內設施請小心使用,若損壞則照價賠償。
  • 育兒用品若不慎用髒,請自行先做整理外,請主動通知客服人員,由客服人員協助善後。
  • 貴重物品請自行保管,恕不負保管責任,但我司會做好防護安全作業管控。
  • 室內各項用品皆為共享公物,勿分裝 or 帶走房內任何物品,否則將依商品價格向您收費。
    ★ 禁止攜帶寵物進入房間,如有發現或者收到舉報會立刻中止租約,並不退回任何費用。
    ★ 廁紙請丟馬桶,廁紙之外的紙巾或者塑料等請務必丟在廁所垃圾桶.

  • If you have visitors, please inform the Green Park Service concierge in advance. It’s prohibited to invite additional persons for accommodation in your room. If
    any violation occurred, the room fees charged to you will be doubled, please pay special attention to this.
  • We don’t provide room cleaning service during your stay. So please maintain the cleanliness of your room and respect the local customs and folkways.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in rooms and balconies. Please go to the designated smoking area on the 1st floor if it’s needed, and do not litter the cigarette butt.
    Throwing trash out of the balcony/windows is also prohibited. The name of the occupiers who are proved having breached this rule will be exposed.
  • After entering the HOTEL building, please keep your voice down before returning to the room.
  • Please help to maintain the quietness & peace of the environment during your stay and avoid to make loud noise after 9 pm.
  • If any disturbing or harassment is reported to the police by the neighbors, the occupiers shall take legal responsibility themselves.
  • If the neighbors-disturbing activity continues after being stopped by two times, we reserve the right to terminate the lease immediately and will not return any
    room fees. We appreciate your cooperation and hope both parties could leave good memories for each other.
  • In response to energy saving and carbon reduction proposal,also in order to guarantee the safety of your accommodation, please
    make sure to turn off all power when you go out. [including AC, heating, lighting and any other electrical appliances plugged in]
  • Since garbage classification policy is implemented in Japan, please refer to the indoor garbage classification guide to sort the trash to “flammable, non-flamma
    ble and resources recoverable” separately when disposing them.
  • You can leave the sorted garbage in the trash bin in your room, which we will collect and dispose at regular intervals. If you have stayed for more than five day
    s or there is an unusual smell due to the long-term storage of garbage, Please connect staff, we’ll help you clean it.Do not throw it on 1st.
  • Please keep the room key well. If you lose it, you will be charged 10,000 yen for compensation.
  • Please be careful when using the equipment and furniture in the room and any damage to them will be subject to compensation by the occupiers who made it.
  • If the baby-care articles in the room are stained carelessly, while cleaning them by yourself, please also notify the customer service staff to help to deal with it.
  • Please take care of your valuable articles and treasures well by yourself, we will not be responsible for safekeeping them, although we will certainly
    do a good security job in this building.
  • All items indoors are public properties for sharing, please do not disassemble or take away any items in the room, otherwise you will be charged as
    per the price of these items
    ★ It is forbidden to bring pets into the room. Once violation is found or reported to us with evidence, we will terminate the lease and will not return any fees.
    ★Please dispose the toilet paper into the flush toilet. Stuffs other than toilet paper, such as paper towels or plastic, etc. must be thrown into the trash bin in the
    toilet.
    ★ You are welcomed to use the kitchenware and utensils in the kitchen. Just make sure to have them cleaned and put back in place after using them.
    ★When checking out, please take out your food from the refrigerator, otherwise it will be discarded.
